💰 Refund Policy
We stand behind our platform and want you to be completely satisfied.
- 7-day money-back guarantee — If you're not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
- After 7 days — Refunds are not available after the 7-day period. Your subscription will remain active until the expiry date.
- Multi-month plans — For plans purchased for 2+ months, unused whole months may be refunded on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.
How to request a refund: Email us at smsreebook@gmail.com with your registered email address and order ID. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
📋 Subscription & Billing
- No auto-renewal — Subscriptions are one-time payments. We will never charge you automatically. When your plan expires, you can renew manually.
- When your plan expires — Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. You keep all your progress, badges, and history — nothing is deleted.
- Extending your plan — If you renew the same plan before it expires, the new period is added to your remaining time (no days are lost).
- Your data is safe — Whether you're on a free or paid plan, your practice history, scores, and achievements are always preserved.

All payments are processed securely through a licensed payment gateway in Sri Lanka.

- Bank transfer (all Sri Lankan banks)
- Mobile payments (eZ Cash, mCash)
All transactions are encrypted with SSL/TLS. We never store your card details.
