💰 Refund Policy

We stand behind our platform and want you to be completely satisfied.

  • 7-day money-back guaranteeIf you're not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
  • After 7 daysRefunds are not available after the 7-day period. Your subscription will remain active until the expiry date.
  • Multi-month plansFor plans purchased for 2+ months, unused whole months may be refunded on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

How to request a refund: Email us at smsreebook@gmail.com with your registered email address and order ID. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

📋 Subscription & Billing

  • No auto-renewalSubscriptions are one-time payments. We will never charge you automatically. When your plan expires, you can renew manually.
  • When your plan expiresYour account automatically reverts to the Free plan. You keep all your progress, badges, and history — nothing is deleted.
  • Extending your planIf you renew the same plan before it expires, the new period is added to your remaining time (no days are lost).
  • Your data is safeWhether you're on a free or paid plan, your practice history, scores, and achievements are always preserved.

All payments are processed securely through a licensed payment gateway in Sri Lanka.

  • Mobile payments (eZ Cash, mCash)

All transactions are encrypted with SSL/TLS. We never store your card details.
