Full Refunds (100%)
- Technical issues prevent access for more than 48 hours
- Accidental duplicate purchases (refund for the duplicate only)
- Unauthorized purchases made without your consent
- Platform fails to deliver promised features or functionality
Partial Refunds (Pro-rated)
- Subscription cancellations within 7 days of purchase
- Platform availability issues affecting more than 10% of your subscription period
- Unused portion of subscription on a case-by-case basis
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Free tier accounts (no payment was made)
- Scholarship/Merit Program subscriptions (provided free of charge)
- Subscriptions expired at the time of refund request
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago
- Refunds requested due to academic performance
- Purchases during promotional periods (unless specified)
3. Refund Request Process

Review Process
We acknowledge within 24 hours. Review takes 3–5 business days. Decision sent via email.
Processing
Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Student Protection
For students under 18, we offer additional protections:
- Parents/guardians can request refunds on behalf of minors
- Extended 14-day refund window for purchases by minors
- Full refunds for purchases made without parental consent
5. Subscription Details
- Subscriptions are not auto-renewed. You will never be charged automatically.
- When expired, your account reverts to the Free tier.
- All your data (progress, scores, history) is preserved.
- Refund amounts are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
6. Alternative Resolutions
Instead of refunds, we may offer:
- Extended subscription period to compensate for issues
- Access to premium features at no additional cost
- Transfer of subscription to another family member's account
- Service credits for future purchases
7. Chargeback Policy
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us directly. Chargebacks can result in account suspension. We prefer to resolve disputes amicably through our support process.
