Grade5Guru is an AI-powered educational platform that helps Sri Lankan students prepare for the Grade 5 Scholarship Examination. The platform provides practice questions, mock exams, AI tutoring hints, progress tracking, and related educational tools in Sinhala, Tamil, and English.

• Grade5Guru is designed for children aged 8–11, supervised by a parent, guardian, or teacher.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for creating and managing accounts for children under 13.
• Teachers may create student accounts for classroom use.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
• You may not use Grade5Guru for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

• Grade5Guru offers a free tier with limited daily practice questions and mock exams.
• Paid subscription plans (Standard, Premium, Teacher Pro) unlock additional features and higher usage limits.
• Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) on the Pricing page.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Existing active subscriptions are not affected.

• Payments are processed securely by a licensed payment gateway in Sri Lanka.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, bank transfers, and mobile wallets.
• Subscriptions are not auto-renewed. When your plan expires, you revert to the Free tier. Your data is preserved.
• We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

• All content on Grade5Guru — including questions, explanations, hints, images, logos, and UI design — is the property of Grade5Guru or its licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
• Some questions are adapted from publicly available past exam papers for educational purposes.

Some questions, explanations, and hints are generated using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini, Groq). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Always verify important information with your teacher or textbook. Grade5Guru is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to scrape, copy, or bulk-download questions or content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or security
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose other than personal or classroom education

• Grade5Guru is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that using Grade5Guru will result in passing the Grade 5 Scholarship Exam.
• In no event shall Grade5Guru be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, your subscription benefits end immediately.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of Grade5Guru after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
